What you’ll love and hate

The rooftop pool offered stunning views, especially at sunset, and the staff were exceptionally attentive, resolving our TukTuk issue seamlessly while we relaxed by the water.

The restaurant service at times felt disorganized, causing delays in receiving menus and food, while certain polices regarding building access limited convenience.

We loved the rooftop pool. it was a treat to chill in the sun after a busy day. But man, the cleaning staff could really lift their game–waiting ages for towels was a drag.

Great staff and comfy stay

Had a nice 2-night stay. The staff were super friendly and helped me a lot with local tips, especially for getting around solo. Loved that they had veggie options at the restaurant! My room was big enough, but felt a bit dated. Just wish the walls weren't so thin–could hear everything next door.

No USB charging points in the rooms!!! WiFi connectivity issues in certain areas of the hotel!!! The unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke in non-smoking rooms is intolerable!!! confusing room access with multiple elevators will surely test your patience!!!

I had a mighty stay here! The rooftop pool was a delight with grand views of the ocean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help. One downside was the plug sockets near the TV acting up a bit, which was a bit of a worry.
